Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 17 June 2026

This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how NVC Home4You ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website nvc-home4you.eu, request an offer, ask us a question or otherwise contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

Manage your cookie preferences
You can review or change your cookie choices at any time. This re-opens the consent banner so you can accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies.

1. Who we are (Data Controller)

The controller responsible for your personal data is NVC Home4You.

Address: Marikostinovo, 2850 Petrich, Blagoevgrad Province, Bulgaria. Email: contact@nvc-home4you.eu. Phone: +359 87 935 5269.

Company registration number (EIK/VAT): to be completed by NVC Home4You. If you have any question about this policy or how we handle your data, please contact us using the details above.

2. What personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact data you provide — your name, email address and phone number.
  • Offer and enquiry details — the project description and any information you include when you request an offer or ask a question (for example desired model, size, location, budget or timeline).
  • Communication data — the content of messages you send us by the website forms, email, phone or Viber.
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you reached the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (only analytics/advertising data where you have consented).
  • Consent records — your cookie choices and the date they were given, so we can demonstrate compliance.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

We only use your personal data where the law allows us to. The legal bases we rely on are:

  • To prepare and send you an offer or quotation you request, and to contact you about it — performance of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support — our legitimate interest in serving and communicating with our customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To use analytics and advertising cookies and measure marketing — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations — compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Data we keep for offer creation

When you submit the offer or question form, we store the contact details and project information you provide so that we can prepare a personalised offer, contact you to discuss it, and keep a record of the quotation we issued.

This data is recorded in our customer-relationship and quotation system so your enquiry can be tracked from first contact through to a final offer. Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot prepare an offer for you. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers ("processors") who act on our instructions, and only as far as needed:

  • Our customer-relationship / quotation platform (Quickbase), where enquiry and offer data is securely stored so we can prepare and manage your offer.
  • Analytics and advertising providers — Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) and Meta Platforms (Meta/Facebook Pixel) — but only where you have given consent to the relevant cookies.
  • Our hosting and IT service providers who keep the website and systems running.
  • Couriers, logistics and installation partners where this is necessary to deliver a project you have ordered.
  • Professional advisers, authorities or courts where we are legally required to disclose information.

6. International data transfers

Some of our processors (such as Quickbase, Google and Meta) are established outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s adequacy decisions (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data continues to be protected.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Enquiry and offer data is kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up and meet our legitimate business and legal obligations (for example accounting records are retained for the periods required by law).

Cookie and analytics data is kept for the lifetime of the relevant cookies (see the cookie section below). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data earlier — see your rights below.

8. Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@nvc-home4you.eu. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (see section 13).

Under the GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Access — to be told whether we process your data and to receive a copy of it.
  • Rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Erasure — to ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten") where there is no longer a lawful reason to keep it.
  • Restriction — to ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Portability — to receive certain data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent — to withdraw your consent to cookies or other consent-based processing at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website, used to make it work, remember your choices and measure how it is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: analytics and advertising are set to "denied" by default and only run after you accept them in the consent banner. Your consent choice is stored in your browser (in local storage) so we remember it on your next visit.

We use the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These are always active and do not require consent.
  • Analytics (consent required) — Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager help us understand how visitors use the site (typical cookies: _ga, _ga_*, _gid).
  • Advertising (consent required) — Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel let us measure campaigns and show relevant ads (typical cookies: _gcl_*, _fbp, _fbc).

10. How to control cookies

When you first visit, the consent banner lets you accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie settings" button on this page, or by clearing the site data in your browser.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working correctly.

11. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our measures regularly.

12. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The current version is always available on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.

14. Contact and complaints

For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights, contact us at contact@nvc-home4you.eu or by post at Marikostinovo, 2850 Petrich, Blagoevgrad Province, Bulgaria.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Bulgarian supervisory authority: the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, Bulgaria, www.cpdp.bg. If you are in another EU country, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
